Yesterday was a tremdendous success as we packed the theater with audiences, new and returning, and had to unfortunately turn some folks away after adding extra chairs.Unexpected Tenderness featured company members: Jeremy Brena, Amanda Plant, Maia Sage Ermansons, Ruben Luque and Literary Team member Danelle Eliav along with special guests Michael Aronov and Betty Hudson (seen in Barefoot's Dog Day Afternoon at Theatre Row Theatres) and Roderick Nash (seen in Barefoot's workshop production of Dog Day Afternoon and revival of Balm In Gilead).
The reading was directed by Nicole Haran, Co-Founder and company member who directed the first play ever produced by Barefoot Theatre Company back in 1999.
Project # 5 has been going strong and we owe extra special thanks to EVERYONE AT THE CHERRY LANE THEATRE for embracing us and allowing us to have a home this month.
