Here's a look at Barefoot Associate Director, Jerry RUIZ who will direct the final reading of our 201-2014 bareNaked Reading Series! Jerry has been traveling all over directing his butt off but we're happy to have him join us again!!!
Jerry directed two of our bareNaked Reading Series last season, Mando Alvarado's ON THE 5:31 and Hilary Bettis' ALLIGATOR.

JERRY RUIZ (Director) Jerry Ruiz is a NYC-based director. This summer he will be directing the world premiere of Tanya Saracho's MALA HIERBA at Second Stage. Over the past five years, he has directed productions for the Rattlestick (Basilica by Mando Alvarado), Clubbed Thumb (Enfrascada by Tanya Saracho), the Mint (Philip Goes Forth and Love Goes to Press), SummerStage (King of Infinite Space) and Repertorio Epsanol (Mariela in the Desert by Karen Zacarias). Other NYC credits include A Map of Broken Glass by Anna Ziegler (F*it Club), The King is Dead by Caroline V. McGraw and Rattlers by Johnna Adams. From 2009-2011, he was a recipient of the NEA/TCG Career Development for Directors Grant. Jerry is a Barefoot Associate Director.
